Welcome the season of snowy nights, brisk wind and crisp air with something sexy to keep you warm. It’s a new year and a new decade! How will you celebrate this beginning of an era? Exploring yourself, your sexuality, your connection to your body, your partner, there are so many possibilities and you hold the key.
I love New Year’s, I appreciate this opportunity to refresh and the excitement that comes with beginnings. I saw a lot of changes and challenges last year, especially towards the end of 2009. Now I am in great anticipation of what 2010 has in store for me. I hold myself open for what I may do, what I may learn, who I will meet, and how I will grow, change and experience life to it’s fullest!
One of the many things I am welcoming into my life is a new office space for private sessions, and the planning of workshops in new spaces and places. I am still offering many of my popular topics at Good For Her, and hope to see you there. Fabulous Fall Workshops…sex school anyone?

I love fall! It’s my favourite season. Sure, you may be putting more clothes on when you go outdoors but it’s also a great time to peel them off, dive under the covers and try something new.
Fall makes me thing about change. The leaves are transitioning into beautiful colours, the weather is changing, and most of all, there is a back to school energy that we can all embrace to broaden our horizons and enhance our lives.
What will you learn this fall? Sure you can take a cooking class, yoga, or bike repair but how about brushing up on your sex skills? Most of us never received any formal instruction on pleasure or all of the fun how to’s about sex. Workshops are a great way to explore new things and have a chance to engage with an instructor who knows her stuff and wants to share it with you.
I’m excited to bring you my Fall lineup, with lots of new topic to help you satisfy your deepest desires. Remember, if these dates don’t work for you I do book private sessions. Sexy Summer Workshops

Is it almost the end of June already? Summer is here! Happy Solstice! There is something about summer that makes us relax or at least want to enjoy a little more leisure time. Patios, bike paths, swimming outdoors, cottages, strolling through town or picnic in the park. Not to mention removing all of those layers of clothing and letting our skin see the light and feel the heat.
Thinking of sundresses, bathing suits and hot sun makes me think of sex and how spending a sweet, sweaty day or night in bed can be so magical. Whether you might be flying solo or getting your groove on with a sweetie (or two) here are a few little treats to enhance your hot adventures.
Please note that my summer tour is a little lighter, like your clothing, since I know that many of you have lots of plans out f town, travelling and cottaging. Several new things in bloom as I expand my repertoire and explore new teaching avenues to get the sexy info out into the world.
Just started some preliminary planing for new Fall workshops. Fall! It’s only May, but this is how it goes in the wonderful world of scheduling and bringing people the best there is to offer.
Over the last few weeks I have been conducting workshops and sex education in private sessions. I love the opportunity to delve a little deeper and provide specific exercises and techniques that support individuals and couples in their own sexuality.

Welcome to my blog!

This is my first blog entry, how exciting! I wanted to create this page to provide a space for everyone to know where and when to find me and what I will be teaching. Please check the calendar for upcoming events (more coming soon and updated frequently).
I am a Toronto based Sex Educator, Workshop Facilitator, and I have also begun a Therapy practice. I have been teaching people about sex professionally for 8 years and I have spent much of my life trying to promote overall sexual awareness and reproductive health.
I love talking to people about sex! What a great job – promoting and supporting people to find pleasure! I have facilitated workshops for people of a diversity of gender identities and sexual orientations. I specialize in women’s sexuality and health, G-Spots, Pelvic Pain and Body Image.
As a supervised therapist, I have completed a four-year training program with the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and I am now seeing clients. Gestalt is a humanistic-based therapy that encourages the client’s own awareness of what they do and how they do what they do and through awareness choice is possible.
